So when was GUNZ playable again for US players?

Hi i'm new here, but i'm not new to the game. I used to play many years ago and I recall checking months or a year ago and it was only available for Koreans. So what i'm asking is whats the story? Did a US company buy them out since I notice updates now? A link or a lengthy paragraph would be appreciated. Thanks.
