Hey there!
I'm interested in buying one of those glowing enchants for your melee weapon, but i'm not sure which item it is i should buy, there's the coins which glow your weapon up when it's charged, but is there an item to make them permanently glow?
Are the jewel items giving a permanent glow?

Yeah it depends on the level, the level 25 and up gems will make it glow.

lvl45 fire, 10 dmg/sec for 4.5 sec get that its good
