experimenting next with animation for photoshop

so you took an image and cut it into a ring and put color over it then put a border? whats the layers box look like in photoshop?

ring? what ring lol that was fire i jsut used luminosy and adjusted the level, then u use distort from filter in create a 3d effect o.o, after that i had to cut out that person to fit it and slam another 5 layers of the frame picture on, not the frame on the outside and the image u see is composed ofr 4 image the guy, the background behind the guy, the ring of fire, and the dark haze<~ which i dont think you can tell becuase it was used to ass effect and yea i was trying to add a 3d effect to it so
btw thanks for saying it looks like 2 pics combined XD i was aiming for that to make it look as matching as possible with the new effect XD
