Experience: I was Administrator of a GunZ for five (5) years (2011-2016). When this server was closed, I went GameMaster / EventMaster on two other servers. All the servers where I belonged to the staff had more than 50/70 users online.

• Your education or diplomas (graduated high-school,college,etc)
- I´m currently in my third year of college. I study business administration and marketing.

• How active are you in game and forums?
- I'm new. That means that there can not be a reference about me if I am active or not in this community. But I can say that I feel comfortable in this server and that I can safely say that I will stay and be active. I like to interact and I believe that communication and continuous presence is the basis of everything. Therefore, they would see me online both in the forum and ingame.

• Why do you want to be a part of M2O Gaming's GunZ staff?
- I consider myself part of the old school. I love everything related to the classic and original GunZ. Seeing a server in these times with that old culture and with a large number of online users brings me a lot of nostalgia and at the same time I want to see a project of this magnitude grow. With all this said, help with everything that is within my reach would be very satisfying for me.

• What will you bring to our GunZ, and help improve community?
- I am a proactive, social, responsible person and when I see that something that has a future and I like it, I get involved and try to help with everything that is within my reach. In addition to the classic role that a GM has on the server, I am a lover of marketing (advertising) and everything related to the organization and administration of things. I understand that this is voluntary, but providing my real knowledge about what I study to a GunZ project that I like, does not bother me or makes me want to ask for anything in return. Only help.

• Do you know basic Adobe Photoshop CS5, Blender, C++, Animations?
- Adobe Photoshop básic. Rest no.

• Can you work  with Microsoft SQL 2008 database?
- No.

• Can you prevent hackers from hacking?
-GunzDuels has a great advantage and that is the segment that is directed to the players of the old school, and as such, I doubt that we use hacks. But let's focus on reality. In these times there is the new school. Are those players who like the easy (get everything easy) and are difficult to deal with and at the same time it is difficult to mold them to an old culture. Now everything is easy to have, any hack is accessible but it depends completely and absolutely from the players of our server that GunZDuels is not full of hackers. I think that players have to be given an extra motivation which motivates them to keep the server clean and is rewarding reports of misconduct by any other user / staff. It is a technique previously implemented by me on another server and was very successful.

• Do you know how to edit MRS's Compile/Decompile?
- Yes.

• Can you edit values in Hex workshop?
- Really no.

• Why should we hire you to be accepted applicant?
- But there must be a responsible, social, patient and trained person for the position, I believe that experience is what matters. The GunZ went through all the stages of my life and I played it many years ago (more than 10). This means that I know everything related to the game. I know how to handle each situation, how to treat my colleagues and users, work under pressure, organize, manage, spelling, how to express myself, I really feel empowered.

• Your programming and coding languages skills on a scale 1/10:

- Being sincere 1/10.

• List other languages you speak besides english.
- I'm from Argentina, therefore Spanish. Even so, I studied English since my childhood so I handle it perfectly.

• Do you advertise videos?
- Nop.

• Do you own Youtube channel?
- No.

• Are you mature?
- I would certainly say yes. By establishing a conversation or a relationship with me, in the short term you would realize that the answer is correct.
