Fonts way too big Empty Fonts way too big

Ive got a problem. The fonts for the game are way too big I can't barely see when someone is talking to me... Even if I change the resolution, is dosen't change the fonts size. What can I do ?

it's 3840 x 2160. But if I put it on that resolution, all the letters are cramped but still super big.
