What's your favorite keyboard for playing GunZ?

I'm trying to find a keyboard that isn't so hard to press down on the keys atm and I'm having a little trouble trying to find keyboards that have high sensitivity or allow you to easily press down the keys. Just any recommendations would be cool. Preferably keyboards that don't break easily, I mean I don't mash hard but reliability is cool.

I saw that thread with Monk suggesting a dell keyboard and lol now I'm thinking about it because I do remember them being easy to press down, but eh, wondering if there's anything better out there.

I use dell, very old and you can find them at your local school.

As funny as that still seems to me I might try it later. But for now I found out about the MX Red switch, which only takes 45g of force to press down. Thereˈs also MX Speed but I think MX Red would be good enough. Hell I might even try a fight stick if I get bored one day lol.

I use Cherry MX Red keys, as u say the actuation force is only 45g. I have heard some people like cherry MX Brown, but i have never used them so i cannot comment. MX Brown sounds like it would be better for gunz, as the actuation force is still 45gs but these keys have tactile feedback or ""bump" to let you know when the key press has been achieved.

Whether the feedback for the key press is an advantage to you or not i don't know, I've gotten so used to the red keys that i wouldn't want to switch.

Note: There is also Cherry MX Blue, i wouldn't recommend these as the actuation force is higher and the mechanical noise is way higher.

Yeah I think Cherry MX Reds are what I'll be going for, I don't really need audio feedback as long as I can keep it clean enough to press the buttons. Pretty expensive but there are some cheap options out there for em.

I think this game players better with cheap keyboards. Even though they give out faster.

I have a 100$ razer black widow mechanical and each button press feels taxing on my fingers and makes quite a lot of noise.

It is great for FPS or generally slower input games, but for all those dashes and blocks, the little 'ticks' of the keys rack up damage.

The Cherry MX Blue may be a lot harder to press down, but hmm, I'll give it some more thought.
Might actually do some tests on this when I buy my new PC. The Cherry MX Red keys don't require a whole lot of force compared to all the other MX type keys, but I'm gonna try a rubber dome dell keyboard as well to see what's better suited to GunZ.

I use Razer Deathstalker. It has thin keys like a laptop and isn't hard on the fingers or clunky like thick normal keyboards. Perfect for g00nz
