PSA: Fixes for Windows 10
As Monk has already posted, there have been issues with Windows 10 anniversary update and there are several steps that can be taken to prevent these things from happening again.
This is more or less an info dump than a tutorial with very simplified explanations.
First off, we want to get rid of the anniversary update, this is what is preventing you from playing GunZ.

Secondly these are optional changes and will prevent most if not all updates. We want to prevent a lot of the updates Windows forces upon us from happening.
Step 1: Press your Windows key
Step 2: Click Update & Security
Step 3: Click Advanced Options
Step 4: Select Defer Upgrades
That was easy. This will delay most upgrades from being installed, at the very least.
Still getting those pesky updates? Here's the next thing you want to setup.

Now I'll do what I can to simplify this guide posted.
Step 1: Press your windows key.
Step 2: Type regedit
Step 3: Select HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Step 4: Select SOFTWARE
Step 5: Select Microsoft
Step 6: Select Windows NT
Step 7: Select CurrentVersion
Step 8: Select NetworkList
Step 9: Select DefaultMediaCost
Step 10: Right Click on DefaultMediaCost and select permissions from the menu that will pop up.
Step 11: Select ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES and click advanced.
Step 12: Click Change
Step 13: Type in the email you use for your Windows account and then click Check Names.
Step 14: Click Ok.
Step 15: Select users and select the allow check box for Full Control. Click OK when both allow boxes have a check mark.
Step 16: Double Click Ethernet.
Step 17: Set Value Data to 2 and click ok.
Windows now believes your connection is metered and will not download most updates without asking first.
This should not interfere with most programs if any, unless you use a VPN. I've had issues setting up VPNs with a metered network. If this is a problem, repeat the above steps minus the permissions changes, and set the Value Data to 1 to revert back to a regular connection.
Hope these little tips help some people out.
