USER RIGHTS

Users have the right to appeal an action taken by staff to users' account(s) although staff is not obligated to overturn the action unless unequivocal evidence suggests innocence.
Users can become staff members through various means. Staff includes but is not limited to ranks such as Game Master, Administrator and Developer. Unless a user is formally employed by Monk, who is defined as M2O Gaming Network. The user designated as staff is only temporarily associated with M2O Gaming Network.
Staff members have special privileges including but not limited to: joining locked rooms, joining full rooms, dispensing E-coins or P-coins, and distributing premium items. However they must, as all members, unconditionally abide by the CONDITIONS section and the entire ToS.

 

The expectation and responsibility of staff is to carry out the duties of your assigned rank objectively and put the good of the server above all else. Favoritism and abuse of privileges will result in immediate demotions. Giving any user1, new, old, or otherwise levels, exp, and unearned items is STRICTLY prohibited and will also result in immediate demotion as well as the reversing of such actions.
1 The ONLY exception to this rule is to repair loss data from an attack on the server. Note: There should be proof of lost equipment unless universally known among players.

CONDITIONS

1] -No hacks here. Anything that is similar to, or is a type of massive hack, respawn hack, console and other abnormal gameplay is NOT allowed.

1st Offence: IP Permanent ban.

2] -ALT codes spaces Glitch names (ASCIIs) are no longer allowed, /ASCII. Colored names are prohibted as well.

1st Offence: Permanent ban

3] -Spamming of the lobby's and/or channels is not allowed, and spamming the administrator while he is in the middle of work is not allowed either.

1st Offence: Warning

2nd Offence: 1 Day Mute

3rd Offence: 2 Days mute

4th Offence: Permanent ban

4] -Disrespecting the administrators constantly will get you warned, and banned if continued.

5] -Swap is not ALLOWED

1st Offence: Infracted

2nd Offence: Level reset (Lvl 1, XP: 0, BT: 1000)

6] -Clan war Glitch (Leaving on example 2-0) And "Ninja-Step" is not ALLOWED

1st Offence: 7 Days Banned

2nd Offence: 1 Month Banned

3rd Offence: Permanent ban

7] - Force lagging is not allowed either.

1st Offence: 5 days banned.

2nd Offence: Permanent ban.

8] -Insulting members, Verbal abuse/Cyber bullying harassments

2nd Offence: 1 Day Mute

3rd Offence: 1 week Mute

4th Offence: Permanent Banned
