Did not receive gold

Hey! Figured it was time to buy those important utility prems since I started in the beginning and haven't even donated yet. Though to be fair I tried to back in v2 or v3 when your paypal was refusing donations. I bought gold and it says the process is "automatic" but it hasn't happened yet. In which case it says to post it to the forums. You haven't designated a spot for it and I couldn't find one here so I guess it'll go in general discussion...

Ah the reason I could not find it is because my account was not logged in while I was looking. The "Help & Support" section is invisible if you are not logged in. If someone would kindly move my thread there that would be great!
